Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with 1–5 years of post-qualification experience to manage financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, budgeting, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a sound understanding of accounting standards, and the ability to work in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

•

Prepare and finalise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

•

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, accounting standards, and internal financial controls.

•

Manage direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and related filings.

•

Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and regulatory authorities during audits and assessments.

•

Prepare financial reports, MIS, variance analysis, and management dashboards.

•

Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

•

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.

•

Review accounting entries, reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny to ensure accuracy.

•

Support business teams with financial insights for decision-making.

•

Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best financial practices.

•





Ensure timely compliance with ROC and other statutory requirements, wherever applicable.

Required Skills

•

Robust knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, and TDS.

•

Excellent understanding of financial reporting and statutory compliance.

•

Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar accounting software.

•

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

•

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

•

Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualified #CharteredAccountant(CA) with 1–5 years of post-qualification experience.

•

Experience in manufacturing, media, FMCG, or corporate finance will be an added advantage.

•

Strong knowledge of statutory audits, taxation, and financial reporting.

•

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
