Career Spotters Global Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced Career Counsellors to join our team of career experts and deliver career counselling services for our corporate clients.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY

We are specifically looking for professionals with 3–10 years of hands-on experience in career counselling and career services delivery. Candidates without relevant experience in career counselling will not be considered.

POSITION DETAILS

- Location: Gurugram and specified adjoining areas only
- Work Model: Hybrid — 3 days Work from Home (WFH) and 2 days Work from Office (WFO)
- Working Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week, plus 2 Saturdays
- Working Hours: Adaptable, depending on project requirements
- Salary: ₹50,000–₹65,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience
- Joining: Immediate

- ELIGIBILITY CRITERIACandidates must meet the following requirements: ✅ Postgraduate qualification in Psychology

✅ Certification in Career Counselling

✅ 3–10 years of relevant experience in career counselling and career services delivery

✅ Sound knowledge of career counselling methodologies and psychometric career assessments





✅ Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi

✅ Comfort with telephone calls, WhatsApp communication, spreadsheets, CRM tools, and basic data management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Facilitate psychometric career assessments and interpret results appropriately.
- Conduct one-on-one and group career counselling sessions.
- Coordinate with students and parents to schedule and facilitate counselling sessions.
- Maintain accurate counselling records, spreadsheets, CRM data, and project trackers.
- Prepare MIS reports and periodic updates for various career counselling services.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth execution of counselling projects.
