About the Role

We are looking for CA trainees to join our sell-side Technology Investment Banking practice. This prospect offers exposure to M&A; transactions and the analytical and research work that supports them.

The role will involve an exposure to:

- Transaction Collaterals: Assisting in preparing teasers, information memorandums, industry analyses, and other transaction-related materials.
- Valuation & Financial Analysis: Supporting valuation workings, financial analysis, and transaction structuring.
- Research & Deal Origination Support:



Researching companies, identifying potential investors and strategic acquirers, and supporting investor outreach.

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for CA Finalists (including those currently pursuing articleship) who have:

- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- A good understanding of M&A; and an interest in technology businesses.
- An aptitude for working with numbers, financial analysis, and valuations.
- A willingness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced environment.
