Role Description This is an on-site internship role based in Surat for CA Drop Outs, CA Finalists, and CA Articles. The intern will assist in statutory and internal audits, tax computations, and preparation of working papers under the guidance of senior professionals.

Responsibilities include supporting accounting and book-keeping activities, assisting in compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations, and helping prepare financial statements and reports. The role also involves conducting basic research on accounting standards and regulatory updates,



maintaining documentation, and coordinating with clients for data collection. Interns will gain hands-on exposure to audit methodologies, taxation practices, and corporate advisory processes within a structured, learning-focused environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should be CA Drop Outs, CA Finalists, or CA Articles with a strong interest in audit, taxation, and accounting.
- Should possess foundational knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and Indian tax laws (direct and indirect).
- Ability to work with MS Excel and other accounting software, with attention to detail and accurate data handling.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to interpret financial information.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and clients in a professional manner.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn, adhere to deadlines, and work in a structured, process-driven setting.
- Prior internship or article experience in audit, tax, or finance will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Surat for the duration of the internship as per firm requirements.
