Roles & Responsibilities

Assist the Business Relationship Manager in handling client accounts and maintaining strong client relationships.

Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Ads, Content, Social Media, and Web Development) to ensure timely project execution.

Schedule client meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and share Minutes of Meeting (MoM).

Follow up with clients for approvals, feedback, and pending deliverables.

Track project progress and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients.

Maintain records and update client communication logs.

Support onboarding of current clients by collecting required documents and coordinating with internal teams.

Escalate client concerns to the respective teams and ensure timely resolution.
