Role Description The Business Development Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and building long-term client relationships.

The Business Development

Lead will conduct market research, develop outreach strategies, and generate qualified leads through multiple channels. Daily responsibilities include presenting service offerings to potential clients, coordinating with internal teams to prepare proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a smooth handover to delivery teams. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, providing regular reports to leadership, and contributing to strategic planning for business growth.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities to identify opportunities, assess trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage with clients, present solutions clearly, and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation expertise and Customer Service skills to build a sustainable pipeline and maintain positive, long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in business development or sales within IT services, web development, or digital marketing environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in CRM tools and basic understanding of digital marketing and web technologies.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and meet targets in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Take Home Salary :- 25k to 30k
