Qaeid Engineering & Automation builds products for clients, from idea to manufactured unit. We work across Electronics, Mechanical, Automation and IIoT, doing product development, reverse engineering, design services and contract manufacturing for medical device companies, OEMs and industrial businesses.

The Role

You open doors for Qaeid. You find companies that need products built, reach the right people, and qualify real projects. Every qualified lead you bring becomes a meeting with our engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and build target lead lists: medical devices, OEMs, startups, industrial manufacturers
- Find decision-makers: R&D; heads, product managers, purchase heads, founders
- Reach out by cold calls, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads on Budget, Authority, Need and Timeline (BANT)
- Book discovery meetings with our technical team




- Follow up consistently and keep the CRM updated daily
- Share weekly reports on calls, qualified leads and meetings booked

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / Any Graduate / MBA
- 0–1 year in B2B sales, inside sales or lead generation (freshers welcome)
- Fluent spoken and written English and Hindi
- Confident on calls and unfazed by "No"
- Organised, with disciplined follow-ups

Good to Have

- Technical background in Electronics or Mechanical
- Experience with any CRM (Odoo preferred)
- Basic Marathi
