Are you passionate about B2B sales, SaaS, and building strong client relationships? We’re looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help grow our cloud-based Payroll & HRMS software business! ?

? Key Responsibilities: ✅ Generate qualified B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and field visits.

✅ Conduct product demos for HR Heads, CFOs, Founders, and business owners.

✅ Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.

✅ Build referral partnerships with Chartered Accountants (CAs), accounting firms, and tax consultants.

✅ Understand payroll processes and statutory compliance requirements,



including PF, ESI, TDS, PT, and LWF.

✅ Maintain sales pipelines and customer interactions in the CRM.

? What We’re Looking For: ✔️ 1–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS, software, ERP, or technology sales.

✔️ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

✔️ Experience in HRMS, payroll, Tally, or accounting software is a plus.

✔️ A target-oriented mindset with a passion for winning new business.
