ABOUT INDICPAY

Indicpay Payments Pvt. Ltd. is a payment service provider for modern Indian businesses. We offer UPI collection, Payment Gateway, Payment Links, UPI AutoPay, Instant Settlement, Soft POS, Payouts and a Verification Suite (Bank, PAN, Aadhaar, GST) for e-commerce and D2C, SaaS, EdTech, NBFC, insurance and SMB merchants.

THE ROLE

You will own the full sales cycle: finding and pitching merchants, negotiating pricing, and working with our onboarding and tech teams to take them live. You will also grow accounts after go-live.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Acquire new merchants across e-commerce/D2C, SaaS, EdTech, NBFC and insurance
- Sell our full suite: collections, payouts, UPI AutoPay and verification APIs
- Run discovery calls, demos and proposals, and close deals
- Understand each client's payment flow, success rates and settlement needs
- Work with KYC, risk and integration teams for smooth onboarding
- Grow existing accounts through cross-selling and higher volumes
- Maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate CRM reporting
- Track competitors and pricing, and represent Indicpay at fintech events




- Meet and exceed revenue and TPV targets

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 5+ years in B2B sales or business development, ideally in payments, fintech, BFSI or SaaS
- Proven record of hitting revenue targets with mid-market or enterprise clients
- Strong knowledge of UPI, cards, net banking, payment gateways, payouts, settlements and MDR
- Ability to explain APIs and integrations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Hindi
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred)

GOOD TO HAVE

- A network among D2C, EdTech, NBFC or SaaS decision-makers
- Experience selling payment gateway, payout or white-label solutions
