Sthapati is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support the growth of its Building Information Modeling (BIM) services. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating leads, building client relationships, and exploring current business opportunities in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential clients, including architects, engineering consultants, contractors, and real estate developers.

Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold emailing, cold calling, and other outreach channels.

Promote Sthapati’s BIM services to prospective clients.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.

Follow up with leads, schedule meetings, and support client acquisition.

Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and sales reports.

Maintain an organized database of leads and track business development activities.

Qualifications





Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
