? We're Hiring: Business Development Executive | EdTech Sales | Hyderabad ?
At VedXlence Innovations, we're crafting the next-gen edge in education, blending AI, real-world projects, mentorship, and career-focused learning to empower students, graduates, and professionals.
We're looking for a target-driven Business Development Executive to help us grow. ?
? Location: Recent Nallakunta, Hyderabad
? Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM | 6 days a week
? Type: Full-Time | 2-month probation
What you'll do:
✅ Generate your own leads through calls, networking, and referrals
✅ Counsel prospective students on programs and career paths
✅ Build partnerships with colleges, training cells, placement officers, and corporates
✅ Own the sales cycle from first outreach to conversion
✅ Support webinars, events, and campaigns
Who we're looking for:
? Minimum 3 months of EdTech experience
? Proven track record in lead generation and sales
? Solid communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
? Self-motivated, proactive,
and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
What's in it for you:
? Monthly salary of ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience)
? Up to 30% incentive on credited revenue
? No unpaid training period
? Growth path to Coordinator, ATL, or Team Lead, with team roles at ₹4.5–7 LPA CTC
