Role Description The Business Development Executive (Work from Home) is a full-time remote role responsible for driving growth and expanding Industry Ready Academy’s customer base. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads through digital outreach, calls, and networking, and managing relationships with prospective and existing clients. The Executive will present training offerings, prepare proposals, follow up on inquiries, and maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking systems.





The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to refine offerings, gather market feedback, and support marketing campaigns. Performance will be measured through lead conversion, revenue targets, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Recent Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities and build a steady pipeline of prospects.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships and support long-term engagement.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication, for client interactions and presentations.
- Experience in sales or business development, preferably in education, training, or services, is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet defined targets.
- Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and online communication platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
