: Responsible for developing and expanding corporate training, executive education, qualified certification, and short-term skill development programs for industry professionals through the Symbiosis Centre for Corporate & Professional Learning. The role involves identifying corporate training needs, building strategic industry partnerships, developing customized learning solutions, acquiring corporate training assignments, and achieving revenue and business growth targets. The candidate will work closely with academic schools, faculty, industry experts, and technical teams to deliver industry-relevant programs aligned with emerging technologies and workforce requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement business development strategies for corporate learning, executive education, and professional training programs.
- Identify potential corporate clients, industries, MSMEs, public sector organizations, and government agencies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate HR, Learning & Development (L&D;), and senior management teams.
- Generate leads, acquire training contracts, and achieve revenue and enrolment targets.
- Develop customized training proposals, commercial offers, certification programs, and corporate learning solutions.
- Coordinate with academic schools, faculty, and industry experts to design and deliver industry-specific programs.
- Promote short-term courses,



executive development programs, leadership training, and technology-focused upskilling initiatives.
- Explore opportunities for online, blended, on-campus, and on-site corporate training delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging skill requirements, industry trends, and new business opportunities.
- Monitor client satisfaction, program performance, revenue generation, and business development targets.
