About FCO Assessment Foundation

FCO Assessment Foundation is a Section 8 non-profit organisation based in Hyderabad, working to help students discover their strengths and grow through meaningful assessment. Our flagship initiative, FCO ONE 2027, is a student assessment for Grades 3–12 across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. It is a year-long development journey that helps schools understand where their students need support. Our motto: One Opportunity. Equal for All.

About the Role

We are looking for 5 Business Development Executives to meet schools across Hyderabad, introduce FCO ONE 2027 to principals and management, and bring schools on board as FCO Founding Schools.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet school principals and management in person
- Introduce FCO Assessment Foundation and the FCO ONE 2027 assessment
- Generate, follow up on and convert leads into school registrations
- Onboard schools as FCO Founding Schools
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partner schools




- Report daily school visits and progress to the team

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development or education/school outreach
- Solid convincing and negotiation skills (mandatory)
- Good communication skills in English and Telugu
- Confidence in meeting school leaders face to face
- Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable with field work in Hyderabad
