Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the education sector, including schools, colleges, and universities.

The Business Development

Executive will conduct market research, generate and qualify leads, schedule and attend client meetings, and present tailored software solutions. Daily tasks include managing and nurturing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to prepare proposals and demos, negotiating terms,



and following up to close deals. The role also requires maintaining accurate sales records, meeting defined targets, and representing the company at relevant events or meetings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess skills in Business and Account Management to manage client relationships and support long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present solutions, negotiate, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in software, SaaS, or education technology, is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Chennai, meet targets, and manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office productivity software is an advantage.
