Designation: Business Development Executive

Location: Indore, MP – Work from Office

Shift Timings: Night Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST)

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, lead generation, and networking.
2. Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and other relevant platforms.
3. Handle international clients and markets, understand their business requirements, and propose suitable solutions.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
5. Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups to convert leads into business.
6. Develop proposals, quotations, and business presentations based on client requirements.
7. Identify recent markets and opportunities to drive business growth.
8. Meet and exceed business development and revenue targets.
9. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.
10. Track market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales, preferably in the IT services industry.
3. Hands-on experience in international business development and international markets.
4. Solid verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently with international clients.
5. Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
6. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
7. Proven ability to achieve business development and revenue targets.
8. Good understanding of the IT services industry and B2B sales.
9. Ability to manage multiple prospects, follow-ups, and sales activities independently.
10. Proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
