Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This role involves identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a robust sales pipeline for Level Up PR’s services.

The Business Development

Executive will conduct outreach to prospective clients, present service offerings, and manage follow-ups to convert leads into long-term relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with account managers on proposals, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and providing insights on market trends and client needs.



The role also requires close coordination with the marketing and PR teams to align business development activities with ongoing campaigns and brand positioning.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business strategy to identify opportunities and drive agency growth.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation to build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present proposals, negotiate terms, and maintain professional client interactions.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to support ongoing client relationships and ensure service satisfaction.
- Relevant experience in B2B services, PR, marketing, or advertising is preferred.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with CRM and sales tracking tools.
