COMSONS is looking for motivated and self-driven Business Development Executives to join our team and drive business growth in the USA and Canada steel detailing industry.

Candidates with a background in B2B Sales, Outbound Sales, Lead Generation, or International Business Development are encouraged to apply.

Please Note: Our business operations cater to the USA and Canada markets. Candidates must be willing to work USA shifts to align with international business hours.

Responsibilities

- Identify, approach, and develop current business opportunities in the USA and Canada steel detailing market.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and online prospecting.
- Connect with potential clients, including steel fabricators, structural engineering firms, and construction companies.
- Promote COMSONS' steel detailing and related engineering services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential projects.
- Follow up with prospects, arrange meetings, and support the sales process through project closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

What We're Looking For




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong interest in sales, business development, and client acquisition.
- Confidence in cold calling, prospecting, and handling client objections.
- A proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated attitude.
- Ability to build professional relationships and work independently.
- Willingness to learn about the steel detailing industry and international markets.
- Prior B2B sales or USA/Canada client-handling experience is an advantage.

Qualifications
- Any Graduate / Bachelor's Degree / MBA.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are welcome.
- Experience in B2B sales, outbound sales, or engineering services sales is preferred.
