Letters to Abroad (LTA) is building an international platform that connects people, opportunities, and organisations across borders. As we expand our network across Europe, we are looking for a proactive individual to support our B2B outreach and partnership development efforts.

About the Role

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to learn business development by doing the actual work.

You will research potential partners, identify decision-makers, initiate professional conversations, manage follow-ups, and help build a pipeline of business opportunities. You will work directly with the founder and contribute to real business development initiatives.

We value initiative, consistency, accountability, and the ability to turn research into action more than prior experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Research potential business partners and relevant organisations across target markets.
- Identify decision-makers and build targeted outreach lists.
- Initiate and manage outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
- Follow up consistently and help convert conversations into meetings and partnership opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and prepare relevant background research.
- Maintain accurate outreach records, pipelines, and follow-ups using Google Sheets or Excel.
- Track outreach performance, response rates, and meeting conversions.
- Test and improve outreach strategies, messaging, and engagement.

What We're Looking For

- Strong written and spoken English.
- Good research, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Professional communication skills and confidence in approaching businesses.
- A proactive,



self-driven approach to solving problems and completing tasks.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, handle rejection, and improve through feedback.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Flexibility to coordinate with European business hours.

Preferred, but not mandatory:

- German language proficiency, ideally B1–B2.
- A background in business, management, marketing, or a related field.
- Exposure to business development, B2B outreach, sales, recruitment, or partnerships.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Previous experience is not mandatory.
