- Role Description :

1. The Business Central Functional (Finance) Consultant will work in office in Dwarka under a contract engagement, collaborating closely with clients to implement and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
2. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping processes to Business Central functionalities, configuring modules, and supporting end-to-end solution design.
3. The consultant will conduct workshops and training sessions, prepare documentation, and coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful integrations, customizations, and issue resolution.
4. The role also involves testing system changes, providing user support, and recommending process improvements that enhance financial management, operations, and reporting.

Consistent communication with stakeholders and proactive management of project deliverables are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications:

- - Experience 7+ years.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for requirements gathering, process mapping, data interpretation, and solution validation.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for client interactions, documentation, stakeholder presentations, and training sessions.
- Candidates should possess Business Process and Consulting skills to understand workflows, design improvements, and translate client needs into Business Central configurations.
- Candidates should possess Finance-related skills to support financial modules, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and reporting within Business Central.
- Relevant experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems, including implementation or upgrade projects.
- Ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams, manage multiple tasks, and meet project timelines in a client-focused environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; professional certifications in Dynamics 365 or Business Central are an advantage.
- Prior consulting or ERP implementation experience in a corporate or professional services setting is highly beneficial.
