Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate (B2C Sales) based in Noida. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, reaching out to prospective customers, and presenting suitable real estate options that align with client needs and budgets.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse customers.

- Comfort using CRM tools or sales tracking systems and managing customer data accurately.
- Interest in or prior exposure to B2C sales, preferably in real estate or related sectors.

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; business, marketing, or related fields are an advantage.
