Position: BIM Architect

We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Architect to join our team and contribute to the development of coordinated, high-quality BIM models and architectural solutions.

? Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines.
- Identify and resolve design clashes and coordination issues.
- Ensure model accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver productive and well-coordinated BIM solutions.

? Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Architecture or a relevant field.




- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and architectural BIM workflows.
- Understanding of construction drawings, building systems, and detailing.
- Knowledge of BIM coordination, clash detection, and documentation standards.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Experience in BIM projects is preferred.
