The ideal candidate should be comfortable coordinating with creative teams, managing multiple projects, contributing ideas, and taking ownership from brief to final execution. A solid understanding of design, creativity, branding, and visual communication is essential.
- Experience working in healthcare, hospitals, healthcare communications, advertising, branding, or creative agencies
- Experience coordinating cross-functional creative projects from brief through final execution
- Experience presenting creative concepts and ideas to management or senior stakeholders
- Experience tracking and reporting on branding or marketing campaign performance metrics
- Experience staying current with trends in digital communication, social media, and creative marketing, ideally within healthcare
