Job Responsibilities

- Manage client billing, subcontractor billing, and commercial documentation for multiple interior fit-out projects.
- Prepare and verify Running Account (RA) bills and final bills as per BOQ, work orders, and site measurements.
- Coordinate with site teams for measurement books (MB), quantity verification, and billing certifications.
- Monitor project budgets, variations, extra items, rate analysis, and contractual claims.
- Track payment certifications, retention amounts, advances, and outstanding receivables.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely bill submission and payment collection.
- Maintain billing MIS reports, reconciliation statements, and project-wise financial records.
- Support project closure, final account settlement,



and subcontractor reconciliation.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in billing and quantity surveying for interior fit-out projects, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Strong understanding of interior finishing works, BOQ specifications, measurements, and execution methodologies.
- Experience handling billing for luxury hotels, resorts, or large commercial interiors.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Good knowledge of contracts, rate analysis, variation claims, and commercial documentation.
- Robust coordination, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent relevant qualification. Preferred: Candidates with experience managing billing for multiple hospitality interior projects simultaneously.
