We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join our growing Finance team in India. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing end-to-end billing and collections processes for our largest customers. You will be responsible for creating accurate invoices using customer-specific templates and ensuring seamless submission through specialized client billing portals.

Key Responsibilities

● Large Account Billing Management: Own the complete billing lifecycle for strategic key accounts, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant invoice generation.





● Portal Submissions &Vendor; Management: Navigate and manage customer-specific billing portals (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Taulia, Tungsten, or proprietary client platforms) to upload invoices, submit supporting documentation, and track approval statuses.

● Template Customization: Generate and format invoices tailored to customer-specific requirements, guidelines, and proprietary templates.

● Collections & Accounts Receivable: Actively monitor outstanding account balances,

partner with client procurement/AP departments to resolve billing discrepancies, and ensure timely payment collection.

● Reconciliation & Discrepancy Resolution: Perform regular account reconciliations,

research unapplied cash/credits, and resolve invoice holds or rejections proactively.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Account Management, Sales

Operations, and Customer Success teams to address billing inquiries and streamline customer onboarding.

● Scope Expansion: Gradually expand responsibilities post-ramp to oversee billing,

collections, and credit management for additional regional and global accounts.
