Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Banking role based in Gorakhpur. The role involves supporting SME merchants and banking partners with day-to-day financial transactions, digital payment solutions, and account-related services.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with banking products, processing applications for credit and financial services,



coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory guidelines. The role also requires maintaining strong relationships with merchants and financial institutions, providing clear communication on products and policies, and promoting Payswiff’s banking and payment solutions to drive adoption and usage.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Finance and Credit, including understanding of banking products, digital payments, and basic risk assessment.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with merchants, banks, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Insurance and related financial services to support cross-selling and advisory activities.
- Relevant experience in banking, fintech, or financial services, especially in SME or retail segments, is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in an on-site environment in Gorakhpur, with strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and basic proficiency in digital tools and MS Office.
