Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Autocad Designer role based in Gurugram.

The Autocad

Designer will develop detailed architectural and construction drawings for cold chain facilities, including storage areas, warehousing layouts, and packaging zones. The role involves space planning to optimize workflows, capacity, and safety, while adhering to industry standards and project specifications.

Designer will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and operations teams to translate concepts into accurate CAD models and technical documentation. Daily activities include revising drawings based on stakeholder feedback, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring all designs support operational efficiency, sustainability, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings for industrial or commercial facilities.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in technical Drawing and Autocad or similar CAD software tools.
- Candidates should possess experience in Space Planning to optimize layouts for safety, efficiency, and workflow.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Experience in industrial, warehousing, or cold chain projects is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, building codes, and industry standards.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
