Shift Timing: 2-11PM

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain responsive, accessible, and user-friendly web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React.js.
- Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components following modern frontend development practices.
- Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Work with MongoDB to design, query, and manage application data.
- Understand application architecture and contribute to system design decisions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs, third-party services, and external systems.
- Contribute to microfrontend architectures and modular application development where applicable.
- Use Git and GitHub for version control, collaboration, and code management.
- Work with package managers and build tools such as NPM and Rollup to manage dependencies and optimize application builds.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting to maintain code quality.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Continuously learn new technologies and contribute to engineering improvements and best practices.

Non-Negotiable Skills:

- SHTML & CSS: Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, layouts, and modern UI development principles.
- JavaScript/TypeScript: Good knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript, including core programming concepts, asynchronous operations, promises, and error handling.
- React.js: Good understanding of React fundamentals, including components, props, state management, hooks, and component lifecycle.
- System Design: Strong conceptual understanding of application architecture, component design, API integration, scalability, and maintainability.
- Git & GitHub: Good understanding of version control, repositories, branching, commits, pull requests, and collaborative development workflows.
- Microfrontend Architecture: Understanding of microfrontend concepts, modular application architecture, and how independently developed frontend modules integrate.
- Node.js & Express.js:



Good understanding of Node.js fundamentals, Express.js, backend development concepts, middleware, and REST API creation.
- MongoDB: Understanding of NoSQL databases, collections, documents, basic CRUD operations, and data modeling.
- Libraries & Build Tools (NPM, Rollup): Familiarity with package management, dependency handling, module bundling, and build-tool fundamentals.
- GraphQL: Understanding of GraphQL fundamentals, including queries, mutations, schemas, and how frontend applications consume GraphQL APIs.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to understand, debug, and solve technical problems.
- Ownership & Accountability: Willingness to take responsibility for assigned tasks and deliver quality work within timelines.
- Communication & Learning Mindset: Effective communication, collaboration, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new technologies.

- Negotiable Skills:

- Cloud Platforms (AWS/GCP): Basic exposure to cloud services, deployment concepts, and cloud-hosted applications.
- Docker: Basic understanding of containerization, Docker images, containers, and development workflows.
- Advanced Frontend Optimization: Familiarity with advanced performance optimization, code splitting, and rendering optimization techniques.
