Role Description The Assistant Sales Manager role at Square Yard is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The role involves managing and driving property sales, meeting prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable real estate options.

The Assistant Sales

Manager will follow up on leads, conduct site visits, negotiate terms, and work toward achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. This position also includes coordinating with internal teams, maintaining accurate sales records, preparing reports, and contributing to local market research and promotional activities.



The role requires proactive customer engagement and a solid focus on closing deals while ensuring a positive client experience.

Qualifications



- Demonstrated experience in real estate sales or business development, preferably in residential or commercial property markets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and convert prospective clients.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and site visits, with solid time management and organizational skills.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic digital platforms for lead management and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and working in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in Noida, including weekends and extended hours as required by client schedules.
- Knowledge of local real estate regulations and familiarity with Noida and surrounding property markets is an advantage.
