Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant/Associate Professor (MBA) role located in Puttaparthi. The faculty member will teach postgraduate management courses, design and deliver lectures, lead case discussions, and facilitate seminars aligned with the MBA curriculum.

Responsibilities include developing lesson plans, preparing teaching materials, assessing student performance, and maintaining accurate academic records. The role involves guiding student projects and dissertations, mentoring learners, and supporting internship and placement-related activities. The faculty member is expected to engage in research, publish in peer-reviewed journals, participate in academic committees,



and contribute to accreditation, outreach, and institutional development initiatives.

Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from a recognized institution; PhD or enrollment in a doctoral program in Management or related discipline is preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more MBA domains such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Operations, Business Analytics, or General Management.
- Experience in classroom teaching at the postgraduate level, including lesson planning, curriculum development, and use of up-to-date pedagogical methods.
- Research orientation with evidence of publications, conference participation, or ongoing research projects; ability to guide student research work.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners and support value-based education.
- Competence in using educational technologies, such as learning management systems, digital content, and basic data analysis tools.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues, contribute to committees, and participate in institutional initiatives, industry interactions, and community outreach.
- Eligibility and willingness to comply with AICTE and university regulations; prior experience in AICTE-approved or JNTUA-affiliated institutions is an advantage.
