Job Responsibilities

- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Psychology.
- Develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessment methods.
- Guide students in academic projects, research, and internships.
- Conduct research and publish papers in reputed journals.
- Participate in departmental activities, academic committees, and institutional development.
- Mentor students and contribute to their academic and skilled growth.
- Support curriculum development in accordance with UGC guidelines.

Educational Qualifications
- First Class in both Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) degrees in Psychology is compulsory.
- Ph.D.



in Psychology or NET/SLET qualification is mandatory, as applicable under prevailing UGC regulations.

Required Skill Set
- Strong knowledge of psychological theories, research methodologies, and statistical analysis.
- Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in psychological assessment and research tools.
- Ability to guide student research and interdisciplinary projects.
- Good academic writing and research publication skills.
