Maintaining attendance of the contract labours and daily MIS Report

Ensuring timely compliances of Contractors under various legislations

Ensuring documentation of contractors such as agreement, license and registration.

Timely renewal of contract agreements and ensuing proper execution the agreement clauses.

Ensuring timely supply of contract Labor in all seasons.

Ensuring contract labour payroll compliance, performance, and ensure wages align with prevailing labour laws (minimum wage, overtime, EPF/ESI).

Internally conduct regular payroll, attendance and statutory compliance audits; address any discrepancies promptly.

Ensure provision of amenities (restrooms, drinking water, first-aid), secure working conditions,



and timely payments

Ensure the joining formalities as per the set process and SOP

Serve as liaison, resolve disputes, and address contract-related queries and grievances

Maintain statutory returns, payrolls record , PF/ESI filings for any aduit requirement

Preparing and reporting the interal compliance tracker and taking necessory action when required

Facilitate labour inspections, supply documentation, and respond to notices.
