Role Description The Assistant Manager - Banquet Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Khopoli. This role is responsible for managing banquet sales inquiries, preparing proposals, and converting leads into confirmed events. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients to understand event requirements, collaborating with operations and catering teams to finalize event details, and ensuring seamless execution of banquets and functions.

The position involves maintaining strong client relationships, conducting site visits, tracking sales performance,



and supporting the development of promotional strategies for banquet services.

The Assistant

Manager will also assist with forecasting, reporting, and ensuring that customer service standards and revenue targets are consistently met.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, preferably within hospitality or banquet sales.
- Strong Catering Sales and Event Planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and client needs.
- Excellent Customer Service capabilities, including client communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Knowledge of banquet operations, food and beverage basics, and pricing structures.
- Ability to work in office in Khopoli with a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as required.
- Good analytical, reporting, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Graduate degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
