UAbility helps Indian coaches, consultants and agency owners get high-ticket clients. We build their offer, VSL funnel and ads, then coach them until the funnel brings in clients. 2,500+ clients so far.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

You'll be the accountability partner for around 40 clients a month and own four numbers:

- Client wins: 50%+ of your clients hit a documented result.
- Ascension: 20%+ of your clients move up to our next program.
- Refunds: under 1%.
- Momentum: no client goes quiet. You know where every client is stuck this week.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Run regular check-in calls and hold clients to their plan and deadlines.
- Spot a client falling behind early and get them unstuck with the right coach or resource.
- Handle the hard conversations: missed deadlines, refund requests, unhappy clients.
- Recommend the next program when a client is ready, and close it.
- Keep your client tracker current so nothing slips.

WHAT WE NEED

- 3+ years in account management,



client success or customer success, with targets you owned.
- Experience with coaches, consultants, course creators or agencies (strongly preferred).
- You are good at sales. Renewal, upsell or ascension targets are not current to you.
- Clear, confident spoken and written English.
- Comfortable with Google Sheets and a CRM.
- A stable track record in full-time roles.
