JOB OPENING: ACCOUNT MANAGER

About the Role

We are looking for an Account Manager to handle our client accounts and be their main point of contact. You will coordinate with our social media, design, content, SEO and performance marketing teams to deliver work on time and keep clients happy. You will also work on WhatsApp automation for clients.

Experience: 2-4 years in client servicing / account management (agency experience preferred)

Work Timings

Mon-Fri: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Office)

Sat: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Work From Home)

Sunday off

Key Responsibilities

1.⁠ ⁠Be the main point of contact for assigned clients and build strong relationships.

2.⁠ ⁠Understand client briefs, goals and budgets, and share them clearly with internal teams.

3.⁠ ⁠Plan project timelines and make sure deliverables are completed on time.

4.⁠ ⁠Coordinate with design, content, social media, video and performance marketing teams.

5.⁠ ⁠Set up and manage WhatsApp automation for clients, such as chatbots, auto-replies, broadcast messages and customer journeys.

6.⁠ ⁠Review work for quality and brand fit before it goes to clients.

7.⁠ ⁠Run regular client calls and meetings, and share minutes and action points.

8.⁠ ⁠Prepare and share weekly/monthly reports and performance updates with clients.





9.⁠ ⁠Handle client feedback and revisions calmly and quickly.

10.⁠ ⁠Spot opportunities to upsell and grow existing accounts.

11.⁠ ⁠Support proposals, pitches and new client onboarding.

12.⁠ ⁠Track invoices and payment follow-ups with the accounts team, where required.

13.⁠ ⁠Keep client information and credentials confidential.

Skills Required

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication in English and Hindi (written and spoken)

•⁠ ⁠Strong follow-up, organisation and time management

•⁠ ⁠Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines

•⁠ ⁠Good with Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets and PPT

•⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing

•⁠ ⁠Confident, professional and solution-focused

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of WhatsApp automation tools, or the willingness and ability to learn them quickly (training will be provided)

Positive to Have

•⁠ ⁠Experience with WhatsApp Business API or tools like WATI, Interakt, AiSensy or Gupshup

•⁠ ⁠Experience with fashion, lifestyle or D2C brands

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of tools like Asana, Trello or ClickUp
