We are looking for an organised, proactive, and client-focused Account Manager to manage client relationships, coordinate creative deliverables, and ensure the smooth execution of projects from planning to delivery.

Experience: 3–5 years

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understand their requirements, communicate updates, and maintain strong working relationships.
- Project & Delivery Management: Coordinate with internal teams to manage project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure all client requirements are completed on time.
- Shoot Planning & Coordination: Plan and coordinate photoshoots and video shoots, including scheduling, resource coordination, briefing teams, and managing execution.
- Internal Team Coordination: Work closely with creative, design, content, and social media teams to ensure projects move smoothly from brief to final delivery.
- Timeline Management: Track project progress, follow up on pending tasks, manage deadlines, and proactively resolve execution challenges.
- Client Communication: Conduct client meetings, gather feedback, manage revisions, and ensure explicit communication between clients and internal teams.
- Quality & Delivery:



Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and agency standards before they are shared with clients.
- Account Management: Understand client priorities, anticipate requirements, and identify opportunities to improve service delivery and strengthen client relationships.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in account management, client servicing, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Experience working with a marketing, advertising, digital marketing, or creative agency will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work effectively with creative teams and translate client requirements into actionable briefs.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to managing challenges and meeting deadlines.
