Accounts Executive – Manufacturing (Coimbatore)

RIK Industries Pvt. Ltd. makes flat-pack furniture under the About Space brand at our plant in Karumathampatti, on Avinashi Road, Coimbatore. We are a 130-plus person company selling through e-commerce and B2B channels, with our own CNC production, packing and dispatch. We are hiring an Accounts Executive to run day-to-day accounting and compliance as part of a two-person accounts team.

What you will do

- Make the sales entry in our ERP for every dispatch against the approved PO and loading sheet, and generate the tax invoice and e-way bill from it before the vehicle leaves.
- Review vendor bills and payment runs in our AP automation system and make sure entries post correctly into Tally.
- GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B input credit reconciliation, TDS filing and payments
- Bank reconciliation, payroll, PF and ESI entries, expense claims and petty cash
- Maintain vendor, customer and ledger masters
- Close the books to a clean trial balance by the 7th of each month
- Prepare workings for statutory audit, tax audit and any GST or income-tax notices with our CA firm




- Handle the books of a second group entity (smaller volume)
- Coordinate with purchase, stores and dispatch teams on bills, GRNs and dispatch documents

What we are looking for

- B.Com / M.Com with 3–5 years in a manufacturing company
- Hands-on Tally Prime, GST returns, e-way bill and e-invoice portals
- Comfortable with Excel and with learning new software — we use Chirix (ERP) and Pazy (AP automation)
- Organised, deadline-driven, and able to work with production and dispatch teams on the floor
- Tamil required; working English for email and portals
- Based in or willing to relocate to Coimbatore; in office role

What we offer

- ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience
- Additional ₹4,000 per month relocation allowance for candidates moving from outside Coimbatore
- Six-day week, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Canteen on site; accommodation available for outstation candidates

Reports to the Commercial Accountant.
