: Account Executive – BFSI

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our BFSI communications team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in a PR agency, with hands-on experience managing BFSI clients and executing strategic media relations initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day PR activities for BFSI clients, including banks, fintech companies, NBFCs, insurance companies and financial services brands.
- Develop media pitches, press releases, media notes, briefing documents and other communication materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists covering banking, finance, fintech, business and the economy.
- Coordinate media interactions, interviews, press conferences and other client communication initiatives.
- Monitor media coverage, track industry developments and prepare regular coverage reports.
- Conduct media mapping, research and competitor analysis to identify relevant communication opportunities.
- Support the development and execution of PR strategies, campaign plans and media outreach initiatives.
- Prepare client updates, meeting notes,



status reports and monthly activity reports.
- Stay updated on BFSI industry trends, regulatory developments and relevant business news.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely execution of deliverables.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a PR agency, preferably handling BFSI accounts.
- Demonstrated experience working with banking, fintech, insurance, NBFC or other financial services clients.
- Solid understanding of business, financial and BFSI media in India.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience drafting press releases, media pitches, client briefs and coverage reports.
- Strong media networking, research and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or a related discipline.
