Role Description This is a full-time, on-site 3D Visualizer role based in Pune. The 3D Visualizer will create high-quality visualizations and graphics for real estate projects, including 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and conceptual presentations. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting architectural drawings and project briefs, developing detailed 3D models, applying appropriate lighting and materials, and refining visuals to meet brand and client standards.

The role also involves close collaboration with architects, designers,



and advisory teams to translate project concepts into clear visual narratives, while ensuring timelines and quality expectations are consistently met. The 3D Visualizer will maintain organized project files and stay updated on visualization tools and industry best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in visualization and 3D representation, with the ability to translate concepts and plans into compelling visual outputs.
- Proficiency in graphics and graphic design, including layout, composition, and visual storytelling for presentations and marketing materials.
- Expertise in lighting techniques and material application to produce realistic and aesthetically pleasing renderings.
- Solid drawing and sketching abilities to quickly explore concepts and support design iterations.
- Experience with industry-standard 3D and design software (such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools).
- Attention to detail, solid time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant academic background in architecture, interior design, visual communication, or a related field; prior experience in real estate or architectural visualization is an advantage.
