Role Description The Art Dealer at Apple will focus on sourcing, evaluating, and curating artwork and decorative pieces that align with Apple’s brand aesthetic and spatial design standards. This full time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves managing relationships with artists, galleries, and vendors, negotiating acquisitions, and coordinating logistics for display, installation, and rotation of artwork in Apple spaces. The role includes overseeing gallery-style environments within Apple facilities, maintaining accurate inventory records, and collaborating with design, facilities, and workplace experience teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.

The Art

Dealer will also provide guidance on art placement and decoration,



prepare materials or presentations that communicate the narrative behind selected works, and ensure that all procurement and display activities align with organizational policies and budgets. Regular tasks include attending relevant art events, staying informed about trends in contemporary and regional art, and contributing insights that enhance the cultural and visual impact of Apple’s environment.

Qualifications

- Strong background in Art, including knowledge of contemporary and regional art, art history, and emerging artists.
- Experience in Sales and customer-facing roles, with the ability to negotiate, present, and build long-term relationships with artists, galleries, and vendors.
- Skills in Gallery Administration, including cataloging, inventory management, documentation, and coordination of exhibitions or displays.
- Ability to plan and execute Decoration and spatial arrangement of artwork to complement interior design and brand guidelines.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating welcoming, engaging art experiences for internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in art dealing, gallery management, or corporate art programs; prior work in technology or corporate environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art History, Design, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with basic contract terms, budgeting, and vendor management related to art acquisition and services.
