We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to join our growing team in the Pharmaceutical Machinery / Dosing Solutions business.

? Position: Area Sales Manager

? Industry: Pharmaceutical Machinery / Pharma Equipment / Sterile Injectables

? Location: Bengaluru& Hosur

? Experience: 2–6 years in B2B sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical machinery/equipment industry

### Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies, OEMs, and key decision-makers
- Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Handle technical and commercial discussions with customers
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams for quotations, trials, and order execution
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Monitor market trends,

### Candidate Profile:

✅ Strong B2B sales and business development experience

✅ Experience in pharmaceutical machinery/equipment will be an advantage

✅ Positive technical and commercial understanding

✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

✅ Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

✅ Self-driven, customer-focused, and target-oriented
