Role Description The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, detailed designs, and construction drawings for residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients and internal teams, preparing design presentations and 3D visualizations, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and sustainability practices. The role involves collaborating with engineers, contractors, and consultants to manage design changes, resolve technical issues,



and support project execution from concept to completion.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Patna Area, requiring regular interaction with project sites and local authorities.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create functional, aesthetic, and sustainable solutions.
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of design and construction activities.
- Familiarity with Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to digital design tools, BIM workflows, and data coordination.
- Proficiency in CAD/BIM and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, or similar).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration or progress toward licensure is an advantage.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving client and project requirements.
