- Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and design intent.
- Identify and resolve design and execution-related issues at site.
- Take site measurements and incorporate site conditions into drawings where required.
- Coordinate with structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other consultants.
- Review shop drawings and contractor drawings and provide necessary comments/approvals.
- Assist in material, finish, colour, and sample selections.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure the correct execution of design details.
- Attend client and site meetings and communicate project updates professionally.
- Track project progress and coordinate with the team to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, drawing revisions, and approvals.
- Ensure proper coordination between design, drawings, procurement, and site execution.

- 4 years of relevant professional experience in architecture, interiors, or design & execution.
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture (B.Arch preferred) from a recognised institution.
- Strong knowledge of architectural and interior drawings.
- Excellent understanding of plans, elevations, sections, details, and working drawings.
- Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, furniture, carpentry, flooring, ceilings, electrical, plumbing, and other services.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Knowledge of SketchUp / 3D software and rendering software is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel for project coordination and documentation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently handle design and execution-related responsibilities.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different project stakeholders.

A proactive, organised, detail-oriented individual who can identify issues early and find practical solutions will be preferred.
