Role Description The role of AR Callers is to manage and follow up on medical claims with insurance payers to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement for healthcare services rendered.

Essential Skills / Aptitude:

Robust knowledge of US healthcare AR, insurance billing, and payer guidelines.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience in working with aging reports, denials, and appeals processing.

Prior experience in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) will be added on advantage
