Core Responsibilities

- Vendor & Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard apparel manufacturers and trim suppliers. Build long-term relationships .
- Costing & Price Negotiation: Analyze supplier quotes, break down costs (fabric, trims, CMT—Cut, Make, Trim, and packaging), and negotiate favorable margins.
- Material & Product Sourcing: Source quality fabrics, finishes, and accessories that match the design and aesthetic vision.
- Time & Action (TNA) Tracking: Monitor production timelines, sample approvals, and delivery milestones to prevent delays.
- Quality & Compliance Control: Work with quality assurance teams to ensure bulk orders match approved specifications, measurements, and safety standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:



Partner closely with Design, Merchandising, Buying, and Production teams to align plans.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Flexibility & Skills: Ability to work and adapt to a dynamic working environment and have a Go getter personality to solve our customer challenges.
- Experience: 8 to 10 years in apparel sourcing & vendor management.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of garment construction, textile types, fabric performance, and production workflows.
- Commercial Skills: Robust negotiation, data analysis, and budgeting abilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Technology, Apparel Production, or Supply Chain Management.
- Tools: Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) or ERP software.
