Key Responsibilities:

- Design develop and maintain Ansible playbooks roles and automation workflows
- Automate provisioning configuration patching and deployment activities across servers
- Manage and support AIX and or Windows Server environments
- Configure maintain and troubleshoot IBM Connect Direct managed file transfer solutions
- Implement Infrastructure as Code IaC and automation best practices
- Collaborate with infrastructure application and operations teams to streamline deployments
- Monitor automation jobs and resolve performance or execution issues
- Develop reusable automation frameworks to improve operational efficiency
- Create technical documentation SOPs and deployment procedures
- Participate in incident problem and change management activities
