Role Description

We are looking for an Analyst software engineer java for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and technology professionals interested in Java software development, backend engineering, application development, REST APIs, databases, microservices, enterprise systems, cloud technologies, automation, and modern software-engineering practices.

The Analyst software engineer java will collaborate with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, production, supply chain, finance, sales, and other business teams to develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance Java-based applications, backend services, APIs, databases, enterprise platforms, internal tools, automation solutions, and digital systems.

Depending on project requirements, the role may involve Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, microservices, Kafka, Redis, cloud platforms, Git, Docker, testing frameworks, CI/CD, and other modern Java technologies.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in Java development, software engineering, backend development, application development, API development, enterprise software, or related technology roles can apply.

- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good knowledge of Core Java and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, collections, exception handling, interfaces, inheritance, polymorphism, abstraction, multithreading, concurrency, and clean coding practices.
- Familiarity with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, or similar Java frameworks will be beneficial.
- Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, API design, API integration, and system integration.
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or similar relational and NoSQL databases will be beneficial.
- Understanding of database design, normalization, joins, indexes, transactions, schemas, CRUD operations, queries, and basic query optimization will be advantageous.
- Exposure to microservices architecture, distributed systems, service-oriented architecture, scalable backend systems, or event-driven applications will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Maven, Gradle, Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, debugging, code reviews, and collaborative software-development workflows.
- Exposure to JUnit, Mockito, TestNG, Postman, unit testing, API testing, integration testing, or automated testing will be beneficial.
- Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, message queues, background jobs, asynchronous processing, scheduled tasks, or event-driven architecture will be considered an advantage.
- Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes,



Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, or similar cloud and DevOps technologies will be beneficial.
- Basic understanding of Linux, command-line tools, application deployment, environment configuration, logging, monitoring, and production-support concepts will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, secure coding, input validation, authentication, authorization, API security, and encryption concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to application performance optimization, database tuning, connection pooling, caching strategies, scalability, reliability, observability, and troubleshooting will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with ORM technologies, repositories, persistence layers, entity relationships, transactions, and backend data-access patterns will be beneficial.
- Exposure to frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, or Next.js will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to automation, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, generative AI, ERP, CRM, dashboards, reporting systems, or enterprise applications will be considered an additional advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, user stories, technical documentation, sprint planning, requirements gathering, or issue tracking will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Ability to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into practical, scalable, maintainable, reliable, and secure Java software solutions.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship, academic project, Java project, Spring Boot project, backend project, API project, database project, microservices project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance assignment, startup project, or open-source contribution will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Candidates without previous full-time Java-development experience can also apply.
- Strong willingness to learn recent Java technologies, frameworks, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, testing tools, and modern software-engineering practices.
