Job DescriptionWe are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Alliance Operations Executive to manage partner operations, maintain cloud partner portals, and support alliance-related business activities across AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and other technology partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day alliance and partner operations.
- Handle deal registrations, partner portals, and opportunity tracking.
- Maintain partner documentation, certifications, and compliance records.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and technical teams for alliance activities.
- Track partner programs, incentives, renewals, and performance metrics.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate operational trackers.

Required Skills
- Experience in alliance operations, sales operations, or partner management.
- Basic understanding of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud partner ecosystems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Robust communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills.
