We are looking for an AI Program Manager to manage enterprise AI initiatives from planning and prioritisation through delivery, governance, adoption and measurable business outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years leading AI programs or digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks and cross-functional teams.
- Drive AI adoption and track ROI and productivity improvements.
- Working knowledge of GenAI, AI agents, RAG and AI governance.
- Familiarity with Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude or Azure AI.
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage AI portfolio plans, roadmaps, milestones, risks and dependencies.
- Coordinate with business, engineering, product, data, security and operations teams.
- Develop business cases and track ROI, productivity improvements and realised benefits.
- Facilitate governance reviews and provide executive updates.
- Drive AI adoption through rollout planning, training and change management.
