AI Automation Intern
Step into the world of AI, automation, and global business — right after college.
ABOUTTHE ROLE:
We are building next-generation AI automation systems — intelligent agents, autonomous workflows, and LLM-powered pipelines that redefine how modern businesses operate at scale. As an AI Automation Intern, you will work hands-on with cutting-edge AI technologies, automation frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and real-world use cases — contributing to the future of AI-native operations alongside an experienced global team.
This role is ideal for someone who is technically curious, self-driven, and eager to work at the bleeding edge of AI automation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
You will work directly with the product and technology team to design, build, and optimize automation pipelines that power internal operations and client-facing solutions.
- Design and build end-to-end automation workflows using tools such as n8n, Make (Integromat), or Zapier to streamline repetitive business processes.
- Integrate AI/LLMAPIs ( OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.) into automation pipelines to enable intelligent, context-aware workflows.
- Identify manual, time-consuming processes across teams and propose automation-first solutions to eliminate inefficiencies.
- Assist in building AI agents and prompt engineering frameworks to power smart, multi-step task automation.
- Collaborate with the product team to document automation logic, maintain workflow documentation, and ensure scalability.
- Test, debug, and iterate on automation flows to ensure reliability, accuracy, and performance.
- Research emerging AI tools, automation frameworks, and no-code/low-code platforms and share findings with the team.
- Support integration of automation workflows with third-party platforms such as Shopify, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack,
and others.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and team reviews as an active contributor.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We welcome freshers and final-year students who are self-driven, technically curious, and eager to work at the bleeding edge of AI automation.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong curiosity and hands-on interest in Artificial Intelligence, automation, and workflow tools.
- Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and how software systems communicate and integrate.
- Familiarity with at least one automation platform(n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar) — even through self-learning or personal projects.
- Exposure to AI/LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
- Basic programming knowledge in Python or JavaScript is a plus — but not mandatory.
- Robust problem-solving mindset with the ability to break down complex workflows into logical steps.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-starter who can manage their own time, work independently in a remote setup, and take ownership of tasks.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVES):
- Prior project work, internship, or coursework related to AI, automation, or workflow design.
- Experience with platforms like Shopify, HubSpot, Notion, Air table, or Google Workspace.
- Understanding of prompt engineering or experience building AI-powered chatbots or agents.
- Exposure to eCommerce tools, platforms, or digital marketing workflows.
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code development environments.
- Any personal projects, GitHub repositories, or portfolios demonstrating technical initiative.
WHAT YOU'LL GAIN:
- Hands-on experience building real-world AI automation systems used by actual businesses — not just sandbox exercises.
- Direct mentorship from experienced product and technology leaders.
- Exposure to the full product and automation development lifecycle.
- A strong portfolio of automation projects to showcase to future employers.
- Opportunity for a full-time role based on performance at the end of the internship.
- Certificate of Internship and Letter of Recommendation upon successful completion.
COMPENSATION:
- Stipend: ₹10,000 per month.
- Duration: 4 months.
- This is a paid, full-time remote internship.
COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS:
- Technical Curiosity: Eagerness to explore, experiment, and learn new AI tool sand automation frameworks independently.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze inefficiencies and design smart, scalable automation solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in building and testing workflows to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ownership Mindset: Takes responsibility for assigned tasks, follows through, and delivers results.
- Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity, fast-changing priorities, and a startup-style work culture.
- Collaboration: Works well within cross-functional remote teams spanning design, product, and engineering.
